I think the only way to get looked at right now is to go to a conference. Without it, chances seem pretty slim. AA has only a couple of interview dates in the next few months. Classes are filled through June (those offered a class at NGPA last week will have to wait until at least July for a class date).

Central Europe sadly has gotten expensive, but still about 30% cheaper than the USA. So you'll save a ton commuting. As long as you can prove that you lived 51% of your time in the USA.
