I created a view with a proper color scheme at the MD3 model and, set view template to show plan view as at the Linked model, then I can see the hatches properly.

When you add a color scheme to your view, it only adds the areas from that specific view to the legend, I want a complete list of all the areas in one legend and include it on my sheet. lets say we have those areas across 5 floor plans:
