Frank Eagles led a life dedicated to service. After retirement from a long career with the NC Department of Administration, he served the Town of Rolesville – first as a Town Commissioner then as Mayor for 12 years. Frank’s thoughtful and uncompromising leadership led Rolesville through a period of booming growth.
These Awards have a special emphasis to connect personal service with progress toward the Global Goals. All community service activities between June 1, 2023 and April 15, 2024 count - volunteering, tutoring, fundraising, running collection drives, organizing cleanups, donating blood - it all makes a difference and we want the world to see it!
