Well, theoretically it should be $4 but I wouldn't be surprised if there is a minimum charge of $8, like it used to be per taxi. I am not very pleased with the Costa Maya taxi scams since cruising resumed. I would definitely have small change and check price before getting in, or share with someone and give them your $4.
