I always summon sunbros when I see their signs at easy bosses- fast medals for them, less chance of me getting a moron who dies in 1 hit and doubles the bosses resistances:) You used to be able to farm the medals from certain enemies (Falconers in Things Betwixt NG+ onwards iirc) also.
