Rented from an owner directly, set it up in summer 2019 for a trip in Jan 2020, our honeymoon. Originally was looking for 5 nights at Poly, the owner had 6 nights available so I did that. It was $1600 for the six nights, $266.00/night vs the $750/night we paid rack rate in April 2019. Cost, Duh.
