Reddit pet insurance

I heard a lot of different pet insurances will not accept a claim because "there's not enough information" but fail to specify. When more/all information is provided, it's still declined. I'm looking to avoid that, as that's a pretty big red flag to me. I need to be able to count on them in an emergency. Thanks guys!
