You can give a try and change topbar with script, if it works, MAYBE theres will be an era of custom topbars. This is pretty useless though. While you can do this with ANY coreGui, it doesnt save, and cannot be done with scripts. You cannot modify CoreGui except for with explicit endpoints.

My problem is that the sidebar is pushed down by the topbar's height and therefore is not visible completely (it is cropped at the bottom).
